Shipping
We pack and ship every order within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping usually arrives within 3–7 business days after that. As soon as your order leaves us, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address. If anything looks off with your delivery, email us and we'll sort it out.
Returns & exchanges
If it's not right, send it back. Unworn items with tags still attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Start a return through our Contact page and we'll email you instructions — no explanation required.
Once we receive your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. For a different size or colour, place a new order and return the original; that's the fastest way to get what you need.
Items marked final sale can't be returned. Worn or washed items can't be accepted unless they arrived faulty — if that happens, contact us and we'll make it right.
