Sizes are based on your actual measurements, not the size you usually take. The Sizing Guide has the measurements for every size, in both fabrics.

If you are between two sizes, take the smaller one. The drawstring adjusts the waist, so there is room to loosen as things shift.

Every pair has a flat drawstring threaded through the waistband. No elastic that gives out, no buttons or zips to fight with. You pull it to where it is comfortable that day and tie it off. Each size covers a span of several inches from fully relaxed to fully let out, which is why one pair keeps fitting through weeks and months of change instead of landing in a drawer.

Day to day, loosen it after a meal, cinch it for a higher waist, re-tie it as your body moves. It is meant to be adjusted often, not set once.

We do not accept returns for fit or change of mind, so check the Sizing Guide before you order. If you are unsure which size to pick, message us first and we will help.

We pack and ship every order within 1 to 3 business days. Standard shipping usually lands within 7 to 10 business days after that, depending on where you are. The moment your order leaves us you will get an email with a tracking link.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout from your address. If a tracking number stops updating or a parcel looks lost, email us. We will chase it or reship, so you do not have to deal with the carrier yourself.

Yes, if it has not shipped yet. Email us through the Contact page as soon as you can with your order number and what you would like to change: a size, a colour, the address, or a full cancel, and we will catch it before it goes out.

Once an order has shipped we cannot recall it. If it then arrives damaged or wrong, the photo process below covers you, and there is still nothing to mail back.

We only cover items that arrive damaged, faulty or wrong. Email support@herewearco.com within 30 days with a photo of the item, and tell us whether you want a replacement or a refund. Nothing needs to be sent back.

We do not accept returns for fit or change of mind.

• Gentle machine wash or hand wash in cold water, never hot.
• Use a neutral detergent. No bleach.
• Don't soak for long.
• Tumble dry on low, or lay flat or hang in the shade. Long sun fades the color.
• Iron on low heat only.
• Do not dry clean.

Two fabrics, same adjustable cut. The knit is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. The linen pant is a cotton and linen blend. Both are wide-leg.
